working on the tea cozy

working on the tea cozy, originally uploaded by calamity kim.

My arms a bit tired from all that felting yesterday- I have some pictures to share- maybe later- I just need to take advantage of the mr working late to get somemore embroidery done on the Mushroom house tea cozy I started today.
I used a gnome purchased from Bad Bird's gnome patterns on Etsy and then appliqued the door and added a window.

I am planting some more flowers then will quilt this and it will go around tea pot (mushroom stem) and a red polka dot cap will go on top.
It's just gonna be swell with the table runner!
I am in gnome heaven!
gotta get back to work!
