Spring Time Table Runner Mired in the Mud of Indecision...what to do! what to do!

Trying to decide if I should add some more applique or just start quilting.
I really need to just stop and go to the grocery store (what will we have for dinner?) but I have to get it right in my mind first.

I love these vintage images of Goldilocks and Red riding hood.
I have it layered with the cotton/silk batting and the backing fabric.
Usually when I can't make up my mind, I just stop, and that's when I never go back to it and it becomes a UFO (unfinished object) or WIP (work in progress).
Bah!
