playing with wool

The 7 needle embellisher that I bought from Sew Worth It (on Clark Rd) is just that! So Worth it!!!! What fun to lay the wool roving and yarns down on the felted sheet of wool and let the needles fly!!!!

This was my first attempt and she is cute, kneeling down next to the flower garden.

The dragonfly was on chiffon and the patch to the right is dyed burn out velvet.

I can't wait to practice some more!

Small ones will be great turned into journal covers.
