Welcome to Monday...another week is ahead of us.
What will we make?
Will we finish some of those projects that have been haunting us like uneasy bumps in the night?
Will we ever get all the things completed that we have started?
Does it ever end?
I'm just asking.
I don't have any answers because I seem to work on what I please when I please and damn the deadlines and consequences.
I wish I could be different but I sew on instinct and make what I feel and boy, if I don't feel it then nothing can make me do it! Sometimes I can't stop sewing and other times I just want to play with paper. I need the inspiration to hit, the muse to whisper. Sometimes just going in my sewing room will spark the dying embers and I feel like stitching. Other times, I'd rather read or go web surfing. Or pick up something half finished and try to get the momentum back...it isn't easy.
anyway...
We had a great weekend, walking at the beach and through the neighborhood yesterday, you could almost feel a coolness around the edge of the day. There~ a breeze, and a hint of something about to change.
Less humidity maybe.
It rained hard last night and into the morning.
Now it's still too dark to see what kind of day it will be.
Hopefully it will be productive and I can get a few things in the mail...
One can always hope.
