I had to try this technique that was in a library book that I have to return soon.
It was similar to something I had done before and I think I sorta messed it up, but it was cutting strips and sewing them together to make that center square.
So I made the center square and then added a few left over prairie points.
Then I kept adding fabrics until I finally thought of the story.
The tree house is in an old maple tree down by the creek.
Looking out you can see the water through the branches and sometimes that owl from the barn comes by to visit.
It didn't look like it went together until I added the circle in the center.
I was thinking this would work for the 6-12" Group swap but it is again too large.
It's always something.
