I printed some vintage birds and ephemera on to some of the June Taylor Colorfast Ink Jet Fabric and then wanted to tone them down without taking all the time to tea dye- which would probably look better but might dull the colors too much, so I decided to try the Colorbox Chalks (I use them on paper and they didn't wash off when I tested it on a scrap of the printable fabric).
I tapped it lightly around the edges and then peeled the paper from the back- now I'm ready to sew them down!
Sometimes I make paper collages and then scan and print them but these little images will be great as additions to the flowers and stuff I've already collaged on the project I am working on.
Just thought I'd share.
