This is shown with butter, but if you toast a slice and add peanut butter and raisins...you'll be in heaven! This is the easiest Banana Bread ( and most reliable) Recipe I have ever used and I have made it about 5-6 times using this recipe. It has sour cream! Don't say yuck- it gives it a wonderful texture and it's dense but light as a feather.
