Sad News, Oh Susanna
Perhaps you have heard of Susanna Oroyan?
She introduced me to doll making with her books.
I want to take a moment to remember her here- she lost her 7 year battle with cancer and is gone to a better place. She leaves us with inspiring books and dolls that give joy and happiness to all who see them. Thank you Susanna.
oh I didn't even know she was sick..have all her books.. sorry she is gone..now she can make dolls with the angels..

Thank you for posting this. I knew she had cancer but hadn't heard how she was doing lately. The world has lost an irreplaceable artist, whether they know it or not. Thank goodness for her books.

I didn't know she had passed. I have all of her books - she was truly a gifted artist.
